Copycat Chick Fil A Peach Milkshake: 1 Base, 5 Lunches

  • Author: maria_scott
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

A creamy, nostalgic peach milkshake that replicates the Chick-fil-A experience at home. This versatile recipe serves as a base for quick lunches and meal prep, offering a balance of tart peach flavor and rich dairy creaminess.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups ripe peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup peach nectar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, if using fresh peaches)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches: If using fresh, wash, pit, and chop into rough chunks. If using frozen, let sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly. Measure 1.5 cups.
  2. Combine wet ingredients: Pour milk, peach nectar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract into the blender. Blend on low to mix, then scrape down sides.
  3. Add solids: Add the vanilla ice cream and chopped peaches to the blender. Do not overfill.
  4. Blend: Start on low, gradually increase to high. Blend for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust: Check consistency and sweetness. Add more milk if too thick, or honey/sugar if not sweet enough.
  6. Portion for meal prep: Pour into airtight containers, leaving an inch of headspace. Store in fridge for up to 2 days or freezer for up to 1 month.

Notes

For meal prep, this base can be stored for 2 days in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer. If frozen, thaw for 10 minutes before blending again. To make it a meal replacement, add a scoop of protein powder. For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free ice cream and almond/oat milk.
