Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 to 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix (dry)
- 1 packet Onion Soup Mix (dry)
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 2–3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Water or low-sodium chicken broth
- Optional: Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Rinse pork tenderloins under cold water, pat dry, and trim any silver skin or excess fat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, onion soup mix, au jus gravy mix, and minced garlic.
- Place the pork tenderloins into the slow cooker insert side by side.
- Pour melted butter over the pork, then sprinkle the dry seasoning mixture evenly on top. Rub seasoning into the butter and meat.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of water or low-sodium chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and meat is fork-tender.
- Remove pork from slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing or shredding.
Notes
For best meal prep results, cook on LOW for the full 7 hours to ensure tenderness. Rest the meat for 10 minutes to retain juices. Store sauce separately from meat if eating cold to prevent sogginess. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
